A band of heavy rain is expected to move across the area overnight. With river levels still generally high this additional rain will result in a steady rise in levels overnight and the likelihood of the river being at an elevated level by early tomorrow morning (Tuesday). Forecast levels are indicated to be above those reached over the past few days and some localised flooding may therefore occur.

Flooding from the sea is possible on the B9015 road from Garmouth to Kingston and on Burnside Road in Kingston, due to high tides. The next two high tides could both be high enough to cause some disruption. There is a risk of flooding for 2-3 hours around the time of each high tide. Spring high tides and storm surge have combined to bring a risk of coastal flooding over several days this week. There is a risk of flooding between the Spey Viaduct and Spey Bay. Low lying properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth are at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road.
There remains a risk of flooding during the early hours of Friday morning around the 02.00 GMT high tide. The early Friday morning high tide is forecast to be lower than the high tide experienced on Thursday afternoon but with larger waves expected as winds become northerly and will be near gale force at times.

Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay
An updated FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay.
A combination of high tides, strong winds and storm surge means that flooding from the sea is expected to low lying areas from the Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay. Low lying properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth are also at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road.
Flooding is expected around the times of the high tides on Tuesday at 01:30 and 13:30 GMT.

Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay
An updated FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay.
A combination of high tides, strong winds and storm surge means that flooding from the sea is expected to low lying areas from the Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay. Low lying properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth are also at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road.
Flooding is expected around the times of the high tides on Sunday at 00.00 GMT, Monday at 13.00 and Tuesday 01.00 GMT.
Whilst weather conditions are improving during Monday the winds are changing to a westerly direction. This means there is still a risk of a potential risk of coastal flooding over the next three tides.
An updated flood warning will be issued on Monday if conditions change.

A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that there is a risk flooding from the sea around Kingston and Spey Bay. Low lying properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth may be at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road.
The highest water levels have now passed but there may still be a risk of flooding around the times of the next two high tides, on Tuesday night around 3:30am and Wednesday around 3:30pm

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay.
A combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that there is a risk flooding from the sea around Kingston and Spey Bay. Low lying properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth are at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road.
Flooding impacts are expected a few hours either side of the high tide on Tuesday at 2:15pm. There may also be a risk of flooding around the high tide on Monday night at 2:00am.

A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay.
Heavy and persistent rain is causing water levels in the River Spey to rise. Levels will continue to rise into the night. Low lying areas are at risk of flooding from the Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay. Low lying properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth are also at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road. Flooding problems may be worse in these areas around high tide. The next high tide is tonight at 12:40am / 00:40.
